Le poste :

To enhance the scalability and flexibility of our infrastructure and SDD software during the transition to efficient development environment provisioning, the ISS/ISOPS team requires a new architect to assist in defining, selecting, and implementing the appropriate solutions that align with our Multi-OS and Multi-hosting strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze existing solutions for fully integrated development environments and select one that aligns with our virtualization strategy and BioPharma software needs across multiple operating systems (Windows, Linux) and hosting options (VMware, AWS, hardware, Container).
Assist the ISOPS team in transitioning to a scalable, flexible development environment infrastructure.
Collaborate with the infrastructure team to establish a new strategy, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
Profil recherché :

Main Duties
Identify constraints and resources related to the development environment, working with team members and stakeholders to determine requirements.
Create Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) for selecting solutions.
Lead the implementation of chosen solutions to provide development and test environments on internal and cloud infrastructure.
Help define integrations with our toolchain for an "On-Demand Development Environment" with automated lifecycle management.
Contribute to the infrastructure roadmap with a focus on continuous improvement.
Expérience détaillée
Qualifications
Experience in an agile framework within a SAFe organization.
Strong communication skills in international and multicultural settings.
5-10 years of experience in Virtual Infrastructure within a software development context.
In-depth knowledge of AWS IaaS.
Familiarity with VMware and Nutanix.
Expertise in Docker containerization and maintaining images.
Experience with infrastructure management using Ansible and Terraform.
Proficiency in DevContainers technology (e.g., GitHub CodeSpaces, Gitpod).
Preferred Certifications
AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or equivalent.
Azure certified (AZ-104:Azure Administrator Associate, AZ-305: Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions)
Red Hat Certified Specialist in Developing Automation with Ansible Automation Platform or equivalent.
Terraform Authoring and Operations Professional Certification or equivalent.
