Genova, Italy

Initial safety induction site (the safety induction must present all the risks specific to this site via the
presentation of SAR, almost accidents or accidents identified to date).
Welcoming newcomers in the form of a personalized welcome
-distribution of PPE,
-how to the security signed by each newcomer,
Develop the tool talk box weekly security (1 per shift) with participation tracking

To be proactive and propose technical or organization solution during the reviews of operating modeon site.

Organization of accident/incident investigations:
- Drafting of SAR reports, almost accident and incidents,
- Dissemination on site and to headquarters,

Directs accident investigations, on major accident cases, demonstrating diplomacy and very good
communication to transcribe events with the required transparency. He/she must have a high level of
requirement and must know how to convince.



Management of PPE
- PPE packaging discount for each newcomer
- PPE Stock Management + Keep the individual PPE delivery up to date

Setting up identical table on each area of activity + weekly updating of the display

Implementation prestart meeting + staff register on each area of activity

Organization exercises in collaboration or not with PGBW PerGenova BreakWater.
During Training/hour ¼ security, reception security:
He/she is a trainer who understands the participants and promotes their participation.
He/she is able to build a training with clear learning objectives, allowing to measure the improvement of
the performance in prevention.

Regulatory monitoring
- Validity lifejackets,
- Tracking Slings and lifting equipment,
- SDS/MSDS management on each site,
- Fire extinguisher management/fire register


The ideal candidate must be someone who can fit into an international group and enjoys working as a team.
Compulsory B licence
Languages required: Italian mandatory & French and/or English,
Maritime Works: basic knowledge needed
Software : Pack Office (Excel, Word,.)
Standards certifications : 9001- 14001- 45001
BAC + 5 level of studies - General engineer (civil engineering specialty in construction or QSE specialty)
Your sense of anticipation, your ability to organize and adapt will be essential for the position. In addition, your rigor and your relational qualities will represent real assets.
It is able to organize activities semi-autonomously.
Proven experience (+ 5 years) as a QSE Engineer with experience in the field of construction.
Offshore or nearshore work. (maritime works)
